By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any additional terms applicable to certain services. If you do not agree to these terms, you should discontinue using our Services immediately.

3. Services

WJ Marketing Concepts provides a range of digital marketing services. All services are subject to availability and may change without notice. The scope, timeline, and deliverables of our services will be outlined in a separate service agreement signed by both parties.

4. Payment Terms

Fees:Fees for our services will be outlined in the service agreement. Payments are due as specified in the agreement.Late Payments:Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 5% of the outstanding amount per month.Refunds:Refunds are provided solely at the discretion of WJ Marketing Concepts and will be governed by the terms of the service agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the term of the agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, client lists, business strategies, and marketing plans.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property developed during the provision of our services remain the property of WJ Marketing Concepts until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for the purpose outlined in the service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WJ Marketing Concepts shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the services in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WJ Marketing Concepts, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of our services or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Termination
